The room was fabulous and average sized and the bathroom was clean. It was really great stay, I did not want to leave and would want to stay there again.

Fairly clean hotel, thoroughly enjoyed to be close to more restaurants and train station and many restaurants and eateries thanks to marvellous and perfect location. The staff were kind and great in the entire property.

I had a great night's stay at Sotetsu Fresa Inn. The room was clean and had a comforting western decor. The bed was very comfortable, and the room was quiet, allowing me to sleep well. I appreciated the amenities available in the lobby, even though there was an issue with hot water for tea. Despite this, I was happy with my stay and the most important thing for me, a good rest, was achieved.

We loved the hotel's location as it was right beside the train station and made commuting to central Tokyo so easy, with only a 45-minute trip. We also appreciated the cleanliness of the hotel facilities, including the rooms, which were spacious enough for a comfortable stay. The staff were very helpful and spoke English fluently, making our stay a pleasant experience.

The staff were super friendly and helpful. the location turned out to be ideal and nice, so close to the shopping street and Kashiwa train station. - Tried some nice meals at Tomosankaku, located a short walk from the hotel. - Really enjoyed every minute of being there.

the location was perfect, just a short walk from the train station and surrounded by a variety of restaurants. the room was well-appointed with comfortable, firm beds, and all the amenities we needed. the staff was friendly and provided helpful service. the breakfast served had a good selection of Japanese dishes that vary daily. the hotel provided a printer and fax service and free wifi access throughout the building.

Some of the reception staff did not speak English fluently, which made communication difficult at times.

Perfect Location, Great amenities & Free Coffee! This hotel is situated in a fantastic location making it easy to explore the city. the amenities in the room were impressive with bath salts provided adding an extra touch of luxury. the best thing though was the free coffee in the restaurant which was a great way to start the day!

Faulty Fridge & Laggy Wifi Unfortunately, the fridge in our room did not function well which led to melting ice cream. the wifi was not reliable during certain times of the day.

During my Easter holiday, I stayed in a hotel in Kashiwa that I thought was okay. The best aspects of the hotel were its modern amenities and its proximity to the train station and the restaurants. the staff was accommodating and polite.

My stay was not without its negatives. The worst aspect of the hotel was the room size.
